CCPA Disclosure

This disclosure supplements the MedSavingz Privacy Notice for California residents. To the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, “CCPA”), applies to K1 Health LLC or MedSavingz, this page describes categories of personal information handled and rights that may be available.
Categories of personal information
Depending on your interactions, we may handle identifiers/contact information such as name, email, mobile number and ZIP code; internet/network activity such as IP address, browser/device data, referrer and site activity; customer-support communications; and preference/consent records such as service-SMS, marketing-SMS, Terms/Privacy acceptance and opt-out status.
Our standard registration form does not request a Social Security number, payment-card number, date of birth, precise geolocation or prescription/medical record information.
Sources and business purposes
We collect information directly from you and ordinary website/server interactions. We use it to provide card access and requested services, administer registrations, communicate with users, maintain consent/suppression records, secure the site, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Sale and sharing
Based on the current stated practices, MedSavingz / K1 Health LLC does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in information are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
We may disclose information to service providers/contractors for hosting, email, SMS delivery, support, security, storage or fulfillment of requested services, subject to appropriate restrictions.
Your California rights
Subject to applicable law and exceptions, California residents may have rights to know/access, correct, delete, opt out of sale/sharing, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable, and receive equal service when exercising privacy rights.
Requests
Email support@medsavingz.com with the subject “California Privacy Request.” For marketing communication requests, you may also use the Opt Out page. We may verify identity as permitted by law.
